Twit - a short illustrated poem.
My last assignment for this semester! We were asked to make up a 50-word story that somehow involves an organic life form and a letter from the alphabet, and here’s my take on it. I thought I’d have some fun with it and do a poem, but please excuse the extra/missing number of syllables, lame rhymes, and/or any awkward phrasing. It’s no literary masterpiece, I know.
My professor for this illustration course scares me shitless sometimes, but she seems to like my submission quite a bit, so I’m glad.
And sorry about the sloppy presentation here: my computer and camera screwed up and I was too lazy to redo the whole set. The paper texture feels nice in your hands but looks meh on camera - it’s just a bitch to photograph and I wish I can give you a better look without just uploading the digital source files. They’re simply not the same.
Everything was, as usual, drawn using my trusty little mouse in motherfucking Adobe Flash :P
